Pangaea Expedition
The Pangaea Expedition is a worldwide voyage led by Mike Horn. Mike Horn will also be joined, at various points in his journey, by twelve young adults between the ages of 13 and 20. The young adults will be native to every continent, excluding Antarctica. It is an economic study scheduled to run from 2008 to 2011. It is believed that when accomplished, the world will better understand the climate crisis.
==Means of transportation==
This trip will mainly be completed by yacht. The yacht is a long vessel that sleeps thirty. Other than that, Horn, and his fellow voyagers, will use other such means, such as walking, kayaking, cycling, paragliding, skiing, sailing, and will also use "animal power" such as canines, elephants, and camels- to cross all sorts of terrain: Oceans, rivers and lakes, mountains, desert, jungle, tundra and ice fields.
